Book Your Hotel Room Today!
October is a busy time of year in New York City. We strongly recommend booking your hotel room early!

Currently a limited number of hotel rooms are available at Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers located at 811 7th Avenue on 53rd Street. You can reserve rooms online (http://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/NAB) or by telephone at 212-581-1000. The deadline to reserve rooms at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers and receive the NAB rate is September 27th.


Getting Around New York

Shuttle Service
NAB is providing shuttle service for NAB New York 2006. The shuttle will pick-up and drop off every 30 minutes at Penn Station and Grand Central Station.

Service for both shuttles will be provided according to the following schedule:

  • Tuesday, October 24, 2006 — 3:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Wednesday, October 25, 2006 — 11:00am - 9:00pm

Taxis
Taxis are available at the Level 2 North Concourse entrance of the Javits Convention Center. For additional information regarding taxi service click here.

Public Transportation
The fare for a subway or local bus ride is $2.00. The subways accept MetroCards. Buses accept MetroCards and exact change fares. With MetroCards you can transfer from subway to bus and bus to subway for one fare. MetroCards are available at the Javits Center as well as local stores.

Attendee Parking
The Javits Convention Center does not have on-site parking. Numerous public parking facilities are within a short walk of the convention center. Average daily parking is $50/day.
