THE CUTTING EDGE: THE MAGIC OF MOVIE EDITING In the official documentary of the American Cinema Editors, some of film’s greatest storytellers show, through clips, interviews, behind-the-scenes stories, and tricks of the trade, how the art of editing can change the emotion of a viewer by simply cutting a few frames from a scene. POST|PRODUCTION CAREER FAIR • 9:00 am - 12:00 PM
The NAB Education Foundation will host a Career Fair with partnering organizations, the Broadcast Education Association and the Radio-Television News Directors Association. This half-day event connects professionals and students seeking employment or advancement in the broadcasting, computer, film, and post-production industries. Participants are invited to stay for lunch and explore the exhibit floor.

KEYNOTE • 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Film editor Craig McKay, a two-time Academy Award-nominated editor, earned his first Oscar nomination for his work on the Warren Beatty drama Reds. He received his second Oscar nomination for Best Picture winner The Silence of the Lambs and has collaborated on such films as Philadelphia and The Manchurian Candidate. McKay won an Emmy for Best Editing for the miniseries Holocaust.
