NAB is providing shuttle service for NAB New York 2006. The shuttle will pick-up and drop off every 30 minutes at Penn Station and Grand Central Station.

Service for both shuttles will be provided according to the following schedule:

• Tuesday, October 24, 2006 — 3:00pm - 9:00pm
• Wednesday, October 25, 2006 — 11:00am - 9:00pm

Show Policies

Age Limits:
You must be 16 years or older to register for the conference and exhibits. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in sessions or in the exhibit hall.

Audio/Video Recording:
Photographic, audio and video recording of the convention without NAB permission is prohibited. Permits are available onsite in the following locations:
   Attendees: Registration, Entrance to Hall 3E
   Exhibitors: Registration, Entrance to Hall 3E
   Journalists: Newsroom

Security Procedures:
Photo ID is required to pick-up badges on-site. For security reasons all attendees must pick up their own badges.

Refunds/Cancellations:
To receive a refund, cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to NAB, with badge if received, by October 6, 2006. The following administrative fees will apply: Conferences - $100, Exhibits Only - $35. Event tickets are non-refundable.

NAB reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.

Changes:
Changing your registration from Exhibits Only to VIP Exhibits Pass is considered a cancellation and fees apply.

Substitutions/Replacements:
There is a $20 fee for substitutions. There is a $50 fee for badge replacements.

NAB Member Registration:
Registering at the NAB Member rate is subject to membership verification by the NAB.

Data Collection: By registering for NAB New York you consent to the NAB’s collection and storage of the data on the registration form in the United States.

ADA Information

Javits Center ADA Assistance:
The Center is designed with sidewalk ramps, automatic doors at all street levels, restroom access and water closets for wheel chair-bound patrons and six passenger elevators serving the public areas. Public pay phones for the hearing impaired are also available. The Center can also provide a limited number of wheel chairs at no fee through Concierge Service. Call (212) 216-2196 to reserve. While there is no public parking on-site at the Center, a limited number of spaces can be made available for customers with a valid Parking Permit for People with Disabilities issued by a government authority. Call (212) 216-2344 for information and reservations.

Onsite Services

ATM Machines:
There are several ATM machines located within Javits. There is an ATM located near the Level 1 Food Court and another located near the Level 3 Food Court.

Business Center:
FedEx/Kinkos is located near the Level 3 Food Court. Hours of operation are 8:00am-6:00pm.

Concierge Desk:
Located in the Level 2 Concourse area, the Concierge Desk is open during show hours to assist with general information, restaurant reservations and Broadway show tickets.

Exhibit Hours:
Exhibits will be located in Hall 3E. Exhibit Hours are:
    Tuesday, October 24 4:00pm – 8:00pm
    Wednesday, October 25 12:00pm-8:00pm

Food Services:
Level 1 Food Court: Located between Halls 1E and 1C, the Level 1 Food Court offers a variety of menu options.

• The Café: The Café is a large, glassed-in area with ample seating. Breakfast and lunch served here.
• Nathan's – Their famous hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, grilled chicken and soup.
• Feast of the Dragon – Serving Asian entrees
• Villa Cucina Italiana – Italian cuisine.
• Gourmet Coffee Bar – Featuring Starbucks coffee.
• Carvel – Frozen custard desserts.
• Market Fair/Korean Deli Buffet – Make your own salads
• Caliente Cab Company – Mexican food.
• Villa Pizza – New York style pizza.
• Boar's Head Deli – Deli sandwiches.

NAB Conference Courtesy Desk:
The Conference Courtesy Desk is located at the front of the Meeting Room Corridor in Hall 1E. Staff are available to answer any questions you might have regarding conference programming.

The NAB Store's wide selection of merchandise includes souvenir items, great gifts and clothing for adults and kids related to the broadcast industry. The NAB Store offers hundreds of publications on the broadcasting industry, from industry market data to financial information and emerging technologies. A variety of complimentary industry publications will be available in the Registration Area of Hall 3E.

Wireless Internet:
WiFi is available throughout the Convention Center through Javits Center Telecommunications at a rate of $4.95/hour or $24.95/day. Weekly rates are also available.
