Exhibitor Manual

The Exhibitor Manual can often be overwhelming to both new exhibitors and seasoned veterans. This year the NAB has condensed the book into a single CD. These CDs have been sent to all confirmed exhibitors. New exhibitors should receive the CD within 2 weeks of completing their booth space contract and payment. The CD will arrive in a folder that also includes an informational letter, table of contents and a calendar of important deadlines.

Through the main link to the exhibitor manual you may view the complete exhibitor manual or link directly to the GES online order site. If you are having any problems with viewing the interactive CD and Exhibitor Manual Website, you may also choose to download pdfs of each individual sections of the manual or the entire manual as one pdf. We recommend downloading applicable sections as the entire manual is over 150 pages.

Save money by taking advantage of the Exhibit and Material Handling packages that are now available. NAB and GES have worked together to bring you packages, based on size and furniture options, which will save you money and make planning and budgeting easier. Click here for more information.
Some examples of savings:

  • Eliminate drayage surcharges on package freight.
  • Take advantage of shipping to the warehouse for no additional charge to ensure target dates are met and no long marshaling lines.
  • No minimum weight surcharge on package freight - actual weights are used.
  • Packages that include standard furnishings, carpet and even labor.
