Registration and General Show Policies

Age Limits:
You must be 16 years or older to register for the conference and exhibits. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in sessions or in the exhibit hall.

Audio/Video Recording:
Photographic, audio and video recording of the convention without NAB permission is prohibited. Permits are available onsite in the following locations:
    Attendees: Registration, Entrance to Hall 3E
    Exhibitors: Registration, Entrance to Hall 3E
    Journalists: Newsroom

Security Procedures:
Photo ID is required to pick-up badges on-site. For security reasons all attendees must pick up their own badges.

Refunds/Cancellations:
To receive a refund, cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to NAB, with badge if received, by October 6, 2006. The following administrative fees will apply: Conferences - $100, Exhibits Only - $35. Event tickets are non-refundable.

NAB reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.

Changes:
Changing your registration from Exhibits Only to VIP Exhibits Pass is considered a cancellation and fees apply.

Substitutions/Replacements:
There is a $20 fee for substitutions. There is a $50 fee for badge replacements.

NAB Member Registration:
Registering at the NAB Member rate is subject to membership verification by the NAB.

Data Collection:
By registering for NAB New York you consent to the NAB's collection and storage of the data on the registration form in the United States.
